Arranging for Performance or Competition

Alright everyone!

You all were such a fun group to spend an hour with at QDF 1.0!

I spent some time making a video today to walk through my process. My workshop video recaps a lot of the lecture, but MY video is tiny the whole time, so I wanted to make this to cover the readers digest version of how I go about making choices when arranging and what I wind up doing.
